Gennem supervision forsøger vi at forme en udviklingsprocess der skaber nye vinkler, større klarhed og gode løsninger i forhold til den udfordring eller konflikt du møder.
Er du kørt fast i dit arbejde, har du svært ved at finde arbejdsglæden, eller finder du samarbejdet med dine kollegaer eller chefen svært? Har du svært ved, at finde din rolle på arbejdspladsen, i foreningslivet eller i det politiske liv?
Supervision via samtaler kan være med til, at afklare hvad det egentlig er du står over for og hvordan du bliver bedre i stand til at turde udtrykke og udfolde dig selv. Supervision går ikke så meget bagud i tiden, men forholder sig mere til tiden her og nu og er et effektivt redskab, til at kaste lys på det, der er skubbet ud i mørket.
